1. When the machine is in normal production, a safety door must be used to prevent the molten metal from the parting surface of the mold from splashing out and causing personal accidents.

2. Start the machine every day, and check the appearance of each part of the machine before going to and from get off work.

3. The lubrication points of the lubrication system should be lubricated regularly, especially the fitting structure and guide rails, which should be lubricated several times a day before going to work. For the centralized lubrication system, the lubrication condition should be checked frequently.

4. The cooler on the machine, the injection piston head, and the static plate should always pass cooling water, and if necessary, the die casting mold should also pass cooling water. In particular, the machine should be cooled with water as soon as it is started to prevent the temperature of the hydraulic oil in the tank from rising. After get off work, the water source should be turned off, especially in winter.

5. After get off work, the power supply of the electrical box should be cut off.

6. When overhauling any hydraulic parts and mechanisms on the machine, the pump should be shut down and the power supply should be cut off first. When overhauling the quick valve 35, the solenoid valve 36 on the quick valve and the one-way valve 25, the shut-off valve 41 should be opened.

7. When repairing the accumulator, the nitrogen gas should be released first before dismantling and repairing, otherwise it will be dangerous.

8. When the machine is replacing and installing the die-casting mold, the "manual" working system should be used for adjustment.

9. Only when the ejector returns to the end, the mold opening returns to the end, the injection returns to the end, and the corresponding travel switch is turned on, can the "automatic" cycle program be carried out.

10. During the closing operation, the two-hand closing button must be used. It is not allowed to short-circuit one, only one is used, and the operator is not allowed to use any tool to press the button.

11. If the machine needs to stop for a long time, the pump should be turned off.

12. The electrical box should be protected from moisture and heat to ensure the normal operation of the electrical components.

13. In the operation project, if there is a problem, the emergency stop button must be pressed to stop the machine from working. After checking the cause and eliminating the fault, the production can be resumed.

14. The oil filter of the oil pump suction valve should be cleaned frequently to ensure the cleanliness of the filter element and the normal operation of the hydraulic system. The machine should be disassembled and washed after about 100 hours of initial use, and should be disassembled every 1000 hours or so.

15. When the machine is working continuously, the unloading time of each delay is adjusted to within 3 seconds, and the maximum oil temperature should not be greater than 55 ℃, otherwise the oil will be easily deteriorated, the seals will be easily damaged, and the service life of the pump will be reduced.

16. After the machine has been used for 200 hours, all the hydraulic oil should be replaced. The new oil should be replaced after every 1500 hours of use. When pumping oil, be sure to clean up the oil filter in the tank.

17. When disassembling any high-pressure components, such as hydraulic valves, pipelines, etc., there may still be residual pressure inside. Therefore, when loosening the screws, it is not advisable to over-speed, and the residual pressure should be discharged before all the screws can be loosened. Especially when disassembling the hydraulic valve related to the accumulator, the high-pressure oil inside the accumulator should be unloaded before disassembling, otherwise there will be danger.

18. The closing force of the closing structure is within the allowable range of the die-casting process, and the closing force should be appropriately reduced to improve the life of the closing toggle mechanism.

19. The connection flanges and pipe joints of the die-casting oil circuit must be checked and tightened frequently to prevent oil leakage and oil injection. If oil leakage occurs, it must be eliminated before it can be put into production.

20. The workshop where the die-casting machine is placed must be equipped with fire-fighting equipment, and pay attention to fire prevention. Make sure that the machine and the furnace are installed separately, otherwise the user is responsible for any danger.

21. When overhauling the machine and mold, it should be stopped for maintenance, and it is strictly forbidden to put your hand into the injection chamber.

22. When disassembling the injection oil hose, you must pay attention to safety to prevent the hose from popping out and hurting people. You can first disassemble the end behind the quick valve body, and then disassemble the end under the pressure release cover.
